Avril Fernandez
Plan Administrator Assistant
Avril Fernandez joined Chase Dominion Advisors in May 2024 as an intern and has since grown into an integral member of the team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance (cum laude) from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), with a minor in in Risk Management and Insurance.
In her role, Avril serves as a liaison between client benefits coordinators and the 401(k) providers, supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of retirement plans. Her responsibilities include ERISA compliance and reporting, overseeing independent CPA audits of plans where applicable, and assisting with the development and implementation of retirement plan procedures and participant communications.
Outside of work, Avril enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, relaxing with friends, and hanging out with her cat, Lua.
