Barbara Y. Phillips, MBA

Barbara leads our ERISA Compliance Assistance and Administrative Support team. She has more than 25 years of experience in the retirement plan industry and has cultivated an in-depth understanding of 401(k) and retirement plan regulations and developing streamlined processes that allow for flexibility and ease of plan administrative support for our clients.

Barbara is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration. She is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and is a member of the Central Virginia Employee Benefits Council.

Barbara enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
