Clarke is the founder and principal of Chase Dominion Advisors where he specializes in providing retirement plan design assistance and consulting services to a broad range of businesses across multiple industry sectors. He has dedicated more than 25 years to developing and implementing proven processes and strategies for clients seeking to improve their retirement programs.
Clarke is passionate about helping plan sponsors resolve challenges in today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment as he assists plan participants in pursuing their important goals for retirement. He has helped hundreds of employers implement prudent processes designed to reduce fiduciary liability and plan expenses, meet specific plan objectives and significantly improved participant outcomes.
Over the past three decades Clarke has established a reputation for excellence in pension services based on his expertise in servicing corporate retirement plans, including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Plans. As a recognized retirement plan expert, Clarke has served on the Advisory Council for MassMutual Retirement Services, a leading provider of 401(k) and pension plans. Clarke’s experience and reputation has earned him membership in National Pension Consultants, an elite group of retirement plan experts located throughout the United States.
Clarke is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, where he earned a BBA in Business Management from the Mason School of Business. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation.
Clarke and his wife, Missy, are longtime residents of Richmond, VA. He enjoys tennis, golf, and personal fitness. Clarke is an active member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and is involved in his church and many community organizations.
