Clarke is the founder and principal emeritus of Chase Dominion Advisors. Through a planned succession strategy, Clarke completed the transition of the role of principal and managing partner to Trey Jamison in 2021. Clarke dedicated more than 35 years to developing and implementing proven processes and strategies for clients seeking to improve their retirement programs.
Clarke has established a reputation for excellence in pension services for Chase Dominion Advisors, based on seasoned experience in servicing corporate retirement plans, including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Plans. Clarke has served on Advisory Councils for one of the leading providers of 401(k) and pension plans in the country as well as The Retirement Partners Group, a national network of retirement plan specialists associated with LPL Financial.
Clarke is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, where he earned a BBA in Business Management from the Mason School of Business. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation.
Clarke and his wife Missy are longtime residents of Richmond, VA. He enjoys tennis, travel, and personal fitness. Clarke is a past Board Member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce where he served on the Executive Committee and is a past Chair of the Henrico Business Council.
