Clarke is the founder and principal of Chase Dominion Advisors where he specializes in providing retirement plan design assistance and consulting services to a broad range of businesses across multiple industries. He has dedicated more than 35 years to developing and implementing proven processes and strategies for clients seeking to improve their retirement programs.
Clarke is passionate about helping plan sponsors resolve challenges in today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment as he assists employees in pursuing their important goals for retirement. He has helped employers implement prudent processes designed to help reduce fiduciary liability and plan expenses, meet specific plan objectives and improve retirement outcomes for employees.
Over the past three decades Clarke has established a reputation for excellence in pension services based on his seasoned experience in servicing corporate retirement plans, including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Plans. Clarke has served on Advisory Councils for one of the leading providers of 401(k) and pension plans in the country as well as The Retirement Partners Group, a national network of retirement plan specialists associated with LPL Financial. Clarke’s experience and reputation has earned him membership in National Pension Consultants, an elite group of retirement plan advisors located throughout the United States.
Clarke is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, where he earned a BBA in Business Management from the Mason School of Business. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation.
Clarke and his wife Missy are longtime residents of Richmond, VA. He enjoys tennis, travel, and personal fitness. Clarke is a past Board Member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce where he served on the Executive Committee and is a past Chair of the Henrico Business Council.
